"I'm going to find the naughty doggo and tell him off!"

Birthed by Babystation Beta's parthenogenesis machine, Eric possesses an advanced intellect; enough, at least, to make him feel qualified enough to act as the Space Babies’ Engineering Officer.  He likes to patrol the halls of the space station, checking on how things are running; but his curiosity can land him in some surprising situations! After becoming smitten with Ruby, Eric wanted to prove to her that he could be brave by taking on the Bogeyman. 

Character Bio

On a routine operations check aboard Babystation Beta, baby Eric stumbles across two adult visitors in Birth Zone 6. Initially mistaking the Doctor and Ruby as his long-awaited parents, Eric excitedly leads them to his crew of fellow ‘Space Babies’ to share the good news. 

After they clear things up, Eric explains to the Doctor and Ruby that the babies run Babystation Beta under the guidance of ‘NAN-E’, to keep things operating and secure themselves from the terrifying creature known as the ‘Bogeyman’ - who patrols the corridors of the space station. Eric takes a shine to Ruby, even crafting her a flower as a gift, but he also finds himself inspired by her to be brave, and decides to take on the Bogeyman himself. 

The Doctor and Ruby rush to Eric’s aid and find him hiding in a cupboard, just in time to come face-to-face with the Bogeyman together! Luckily for the trio, crew member Captain Poppy appears with her fellow Space Babies and a flamethrower, driving off the monster and allowing for their escape.  

Despite his nappy-changing brush with the Bogeyman, Eric still pitied the creature as it faced being jettisoned into space by the station’s nanny, Jocelyn Sancerre. Thankfully for Eric, the Bogeyman was rescued by the Doctor and together they and the other Space Babies set a course for Mondo Caroon, to find their new home...
