The Halloween ApocalypseThe Power of the Doctor

Serving Commander Inston-Vee Vinder of Kasto-Winfer-Foxfell (usually known as ‘Vinder’) first met the Doctor in the Temple of Atropos, after the Flux displaced him across the universe. Vinder was forced by Swarm and Azure to take the position of one of the Mouri alongside Yaz. Luckily the Doctor saved them both just in the nick of time, by whisking them into their own time streams.

A talented pilot and guardian with a strong sense of justice, Vinder was sent to work for the Grand Serpent – but when he witnessed an act of terrible corruption, he became a whistle-blower and told his seniors what he had seen. As punishment for telling the truth, he was exiled to Observation Outpost Rose to monitor the galaxy in isolation. He was forced to leave behind his wife, Bel.

As the Flux spread across the universe, Vinder became an invaluable ally to the Doctor, Yaz and Dan. Trapped in a Passenger form with Dan’s friend Diane, he successfully escaped, helped the gang to defeat the Sontarans and stop the Flux. He was then reunited with Bel and his unborn child, Tigmi, in a beautiful moment aboard the TARDIS
